Richard Visser in charge of High Tech NL’s Holland Semiconductors

We are pleased to announce that from February first 2020, Richard Visser will be working at High Tech NL as Manager Holland Semiconductors. Holland Semiconductors started on January first 2020. In the coming months, Richard will set the course with the members and develop initiatives both nationally and abroad.

Richard Visser is familiar with the semiconductor and photonics industry and has a strong network in the high-tech sector. Amongst other things, he has designed the start of Smart Photonics in Eindhoven. At High Tech NL, Richard will become the face and driving force of the Dutch Semiconductor Cluster.

One of the founders of the semiconductor cluster is Barry Peet, former Managing Director of BCSEMI NL. Barry Peet is now the General Manager of Chip Integration Technology Center (CITC). BCSEMI NL has been integrated with High Tech NL and continues as Holland Semiconductors. Richard will continue to build on the ecosystem that BCSEMI NL has built.
