Cooperation between companies and knowledge institutions in the high-tech sector is essential. The Netherlands has a lot of technical knowledge. So it is important that we find each other and join forces. As an industry association for the Dutch high-tech ecosystem, we help to do this and make an impact together.

High Tech NL functions as a national industry organization in and around the top sector High Tech Systems and Materials (HTSM)

• De Kennis- en Innovatieagenda (KIA) HTSM combineert prioriteiten uit het regeerakkoord met ervaring van Holland High Tech met publiek-private samenwerking.
• The KIA formulates opportunities for technologies within the mission-driven innovation policy.
• Key technologies on societal themes such as health, safety, climate, mobility and sustainability.

HIGH TECH NL is partner in het NXTGEN Hightech om processen te versnellen

• The main objective within the Growth Fund is to build, maintain and expand the Dutch ecosystem. This general objective is concretized in a number of areas of growth fund NXTGEN Hightech

High Tech NL focuses on driving innovation by:

• Bringing parties together around themes and roadmaps
• Taking the initiative to establish consortia
• Helping members find the right contacts
• Organiserend vermogen te leveren voor beurzen, seminars voor de promotie van Nederlandse innovatie resultaten.

High Tech NL is realizing at least two new clusters by 2028, in addition to the existing Semiconductor and Robotics clusters.

• High Tech NL Robotics was established in 2017 and the High Tech NL Semiconductors cluster has been active since the end of 2019.
• The High Tech NL Life Sciences and High Tech NL Energy clusters will start in mid-2023. The goal is for both clusters to be "mature" and composed of passionate participating members by 2025.
