The High Tech NL Association (hereinafter referred to as “High Tech NL”) respects the privacy of its business partners and the users of its products and services. High Tech NL processes personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of its services.

High Tech NL processes your personal data because your company is a member of High Tech NL, because you use our services, because you provide your data to us yourself, or because you are one of our stakeholders.

The personal data we process are:
• First and last name
• Gender
• Email address
• Job title
• Company

Other personal data that you have actively provided to us through correspondence or by phone, such as your participation in an activity.

High Tech NL does not disclose personal data to third parties, unless required by law or unless the individual whose data is being processed gives their consent.

If High Tech NL uses external service providers to carry out its tasks, High Tech NL requires these external service providers or data processors to comply with the legal framework governing the protection of personal data to the same extent.

High Tech NL ensures the proper security of all personal data by implementing appropriate organizational measures and utilizing modern IT systems.

Given the nature and limited scope of its data processing activities, High Tech NL has chosen not to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) but has instead appointed a privacy officer. This role is filled by Eric-Mark Huitema, who can be reached at info@hightechnl.nl.
