High Tech NL members are divided into six interest groups, each with its own membership fee and, in some cases, voting rights. For more information, download the bylaws below.

Interest Group & Membership Dues (effective January 1, 2026)

A | Small businesses (up to 25 FTEs / 5 million euros in revenue) | €650
B | Medium-sized businesses (up to 250 FTEs / 50 million euros in revenue) | €1,350 
C | Large companies (€50 million to €500 million in revenue) | €7,000
D | Very large companies (>€500 million) | €10,500
E | Knowledge and educational institutions | €1,350
F | Startups* | €365

* Explanation | Startups
In Category F: Startups, a startup may remain a member for up to 3 years. Startup requirement: as of the reference date of registration with the Chamber of Commerce, the minimum number of employees must be 3.
