Semiconductors to Systems Summit 2026

Location
Novotel London West, London
Organisation
TechWorks
Date
26-08-2026

One day, four conferences, the full deep tech value chain

On 26 August, the UK deep tech ecosystem gathers in London for the Semiconductors to Systems Summit. For the first time, four TechWorks communities (NMI, DESN, AESIN and IoTSF) join forces in one venue, together with the UK Semiconductor Centre. Expect 600 leaders from 300 companies, 70 exhibitors and delegations from five countries.

For Dutch high tech, this is a useful place to be. The themes on the agenda are the same ones that drive our own ecosystem: chip design, advanced packaging, cyber-physical systems, security and the route from research to market. And the people you meet there are the ones deciding who they build with next.

What is on the programme

Four parallel tracks run throughout the day, so you put together your own programme.

Build covers materials, manufacturing, devices and advanced packaging, for everyone working on semiconductor device innovation from process to test.

Create covers systems, integration, verification and the intelligent edge, aimed at complex cyber-physical system design in automotive, aerospace, defence, energy, robotics and industrial automation.

Secure covers cyber resilience, trust, AI threats and quantum safety, from chip to cloud.

Scale covers investment, commercialisation, skills and global partnerships, connecting companies, investors and policymakers to markets.

Speakers include Simon Thomas (CEO, Paragraf), Stan Boland (technology entrepreneur and investor), Rebecca Dobson (board advisor, formerly Cadence, Arm and Inmarsat), Sean Redmond (President, Silicon Catalyst), Dex Hunter Torricke (Founder, The Center for Tomorrow) and Paul Slaby (Managing Director, Canada’s Semiconductor Council).

Who you will meet

Senior people from semiconductor design and manufacturing, packaging, embedded systems, automotive, aerospace, defence, energy, cyber security, AI, photonics and power electronics, plus investors, academics, policy leads and international trade partners. Think CEOs, CTOs, engineering directors, architects, programme directors and supply chain specialists.

The summit also welcomes international delegations looking for partners in the UK ecosystem, which makes it a good moment to put your own technology in front of a new market.

Why join

You get a clear picture of the technology, market and geopolitical forces reshaping semiconductor-enabled systems. You hear how leading organisations turn research and engineering into market advantage. And you find partners, customers, suppliers and investors across sectors and borders, in one day and one building.
