Information Session | Dutch Semiconductor Technology Alliance USA

Five US states. Three years. One joint Dutch approach.
The United States is a strategically important market for Dutch semiconductor companies. Yet for a single company, finding the right doors in Arizona, Texas, New York, Oregon or California is hard to do alone. That is why High Tech NL Semiconductors, together with NBSO Arizona and the Netherlands Embassy, is building the Dutch Semiconductor Technology Alliance USA: a Partners for International Business (PIB) programme for 2027-2029.
On Wednesday 2 December we present the plans at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. And we would like to hear yours.
What you will take away
- Where the opportunities are in the US semiconductor market and the five focus states
- How the Dutch network in the US can open doors for your organisation
- What the alliance will do in 2027-2029, and what it can offer you
- What participation asks of you: requirements, financial contribution and commitment
Programme
15:30 Welcome and introduction (High Tech NL)
15:40 Why the United States? Strategic developments, opportunities and challenges for the Dutch semiconductor industry (RVO)
16:00 The US market and regional opportunities: the five focus states, access to the US ecosystem and the role of the Dutch network (NBSO Arizona and Netherlands Embassy)
16:25 Dutch Semiconductor Technology Alliance USA: joint proposition, strategic pillars and activities for 2027-2029 (High Tech NL)
16:50 Coffee break and networking
17:00 Participating in the PIB programme: added value, requirements, financial contribution and commitment (RVO and High Tech NL)

17:30 Next steps and closing (High Tech NL)
Benefiting and contributing go together
Participating companies get joint activities and access to the network. In return, they contribute resources, expertise and a financial contribution. After the session, we plan an individual intake with every interested company to talk about your US ambitions and how you fit into the consortium.
What comes next
The programme is set to start with a joint kick-off at SEMICON West in Phoenix, from 30 March to 1 April 2027. It can only go ahead once the PIB application is formally approved.
