Are you a college student majoring in communications, (online) marketing, or (event) management, and are you looking for an internship where you can really make an impact? Are you interested in working in the world of robotics and high-tech? Then this internship is right for you.

About High Tech NL
High Tech NL is the trade association for the Dutch high-tech sector. We connect companies and research institutions and operate in four domains: Robotics, Semiconductors, Life Sciences, and Energy. You’ll primarily be working for the Robotics cluster, but you’ll also handle communications for the other domains.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be part of the communications team and work closely with the Robotics team. Your responsibilities will include, for example:

Communication & Content
– Writing and editing news articles for the website and newsletter
– Creating social media posts (primarily LinkedIn)
– Conducting short interviews with partners and project leaders
– Helping to highlight showcases and real-world examples

Events & Visibility
– Support for events, webinars, and trade shows
– Coverage (brief summaries, photos, quotes)
– Communication regarding invitations and registrations

Positioning & Storytelling
– Contributing to “What do we do? / For whom? / What are the benefits?”
– Brief profiles of organizations and “Project in the Spotlight” / “Partner Spotlight”
– (Simple) photo and video documentation and posting on the website and social media

In addition, you can develop your own internship project within these themes—for example, on making the impact of robotics projects more visible.

Who are you?
– You’re pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, creative business, or (event) management
– You write fluently and carefully in Dutch and can get by well in English
– You’re interested in innovation and technology (no technical knowledge required)
– You’re proactive, curious, and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people
